By coming to us directly, and not being referred by someone, we can give you the added benefit of the payment that would simply be going to someone else. It’s you who have been injured, why should someone else by paid for this?
The payment is subject to some basic terms and condition (see below) but once we have accepted your case and paid you we don’t take anything away from your eventual compensation payment.
