The vast majority of the HIP is work that we undertake on a day to day basis anyway
(Local & Water Searches, office Copies, Fixtures fittings and property Information
forms), we have energy surveyors waiting to carry out the EPC report immediately.
When the pack is ready it can be emailed over to you directly or to any prospective buyers.
If you are not using Solicitor Direct Property to sell your house. We will be more than
happy to produce a standalone HIP.
Remember once you have instructed Solicitor Direct to carry out your HIP you can actively
market the property!
HIP Prices:
Freehold= £250 + VAT.
Leasehold = £250 + VAT + Leasehold charge of £63 + VAT
